Yeah it was the whole "fraternal help" in Czechoslovakia. I wasnt born yet, but I have learned about it...

On August 20, 1968, the forces of the Warsaw Pact crossed the borders of Czechoslovakia to provide “fraternal help,” or rather, reinstate a hard-line communist regime.
