Purely fictional and I dont expect you to do this, but I saw someone find a dead body...ok well they didn't find it and then they brought it back to their home and incinarated it and days later the police thought it was spontaneous combustion and they never looked for the real guy, but like I said I wouldn't recommend doing this it was only a movie. I dream of running off to hawaii all the time too so i can understand your need to get away! Life will get better, good luck!

Hmmmmm, just take some time off from work IF you even have a job!

If you think that you are gonna "skip to an island in Hawaii, and you are in trouble with the law", you will never make it there!
As soon as the authorities in Hawaii find out, they will get you and throw away the keys!
The law is more stern in Hawaii than it is on the mainland.

Don't fake your death, Just disappear! Don't use your credit cards ever again and keep a low profile. In other words don't get busted. If its a serious Law problem. It sounds like you haven't done enough prep. Get out of the country. Mexico is good and you can get across the border with no sweat. If you have a passport, go to Vietnam, Cambodia or Thailand. Its the best for cheap living and high times. If you need more info just email.

People who have done that have gotten a big bill when they were discovered alive to cover the expense the police when through looking for your body. If you fake death you have to stay dead or suffer the consequences.
Fake a drowning. Dive into the water with plenty of witnesses grab an aqualung that you had hidden on the bottom and swim out of sight under water. One of those torpedo thing to get you out of the area fast would help too.

The best way would be to stage a drowning in the ocean. Many bodies are never recovered in the ocean. So, get people to believe you are taking a boat out to the ocean. Get a friend to meet you far from the coast and ditch the boat. Make sure your friend can be trusted to never mention it again. Either that or have a jet ski attached to your boat (make sure nobody sees you heading out with the jet ski). Note that it will be very difficult to start over without any funds or a SSN.

Hate to tell you this but Hawaii is a US state......even if you came here, they can still find you! And once you get here, you're stuck and can't get off once they track you down!
