As mr Burger prepared for testimony before the 9/11 Commission he took top secret documents from the national archives. He stuffed the documents in his pants and socks. Now, some of the documents have come up missing. We feel that Mr. Burger's abuses of National Security and gross abuse of his power, is treason. We are asking to charge Mr. Burger and those who knew what he did and not bringing this to the forefront with treason. We, the Undersigned, understand that this is a very serious charge that is punishable by death. However, this is a VERY serious breech of National Securty, he must be made example of, so people who have the same idea will not repeat the same mistake.

1. Read the definition of the crime of treason in the Constitution. It's the only crime identified in that document.
2. The best case for prosecuting Mister Burger is for deliberate violations of the National Security Act of 1947 (as amended). However, if this is done with even a hint of partisan politics underlying it, his defenders will come forward to remind everyone that Lieutenant Colonel Oliver Lawrence North, Jr. gave KL-43 encryption devices to people with no clearance and no need to know or have access to those devices during the Iran-Contra scandal.
However, if the President order North back on active duty to stand trial by court-martial, with the Justice Department getting an indictment against Burger, then I'm for it.

The treason is widespread. Zeitgeist the movie explains most all. We will need a new revolution to weed out the graft and polution in politics.

Sandy Berger was charged and plead guilty to taking COPIES of documents - not originals. If you have evidence to the contrary I suggest you present it.

There will be no prosecution of Burgler because Hillary won't allow it. She now swings enough weight in the Justice Department that those wimps over there want to keep their jobs when she becomes president. Its so pathetic!!!!
