Swimming will do it every time. Also, jogging. I prefer the cool water.

Sorry to tell you this, but there is no such thing as spot reduction. You can't lose fat in only one specified area of your body. It's a huge myth that doing crunches and sit ups will make you burn the fat on your stomach faster than anywhere else. The only way to reduce your love handles would be through diet (which would make up roughly 80% of the results) and exercise. Incorporate some weight training into your workout routines to burn more calories and lose weight faster. As for cardio, I would suggest the H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) method. It's short, fast and very, very effective. As a certified personal trainer, I've seen the best results come from intense weight lifting followed by the H.I.I.T. cardio session. But, as I said earlier, diet will make or break the way you look. Clean it up and divide it into 6 small meals. Hope this helps.

Try oblique crunches. They're just like regular crunches except you twist your legs onto one side, and then to the other to work out the other side. Then do some cardio so you can burn some fat. Because the myth of spot reduction IS true!! Muscle & Fitness issue March 2007 page 269 has scientific research that proves it! Basically, the blood flow increases where fat is stored when working out a specific spot, so more fat is released into the blood stream to be burned.

Its just the way you are built, you cant focus on place where you loose fat, you can certainly tone those areas up though
Dumbell side bends is one exercise i can tink off the top of my head, there are many more but
what you do is you grab a dumbell in one hand, put the other hand on the back of your head and have the elbow pointing down the side of your body, stand straight, shoulder width apart with your feet
just let the dumbell hang next to your leg and then bend towards the side where you have your elbow, make sure to keep everything straight and lead with your elbow down you body while letting the dumbell roll up your leg

That's the hardest place to lose fat. It may be the last to go. If you really want to get rid of them. The best range to lose weight in is 1 to 2.5 lbs a week. This will allow your body to accustom itself to the loss and the skin to regain its prestretched stage. Losing weight too quickly will cause the skin of abdomen, chest and inner thighs to sag, possibly dramatically. I don’t personally believe in any of the fad diets that keep showing up. I think that they put your body into an unhealthy famine mode which will cause you to gain the fat right back if you start to eat normally again. The best idea is to eliminate all junk food. You can do a cheat day if you need to but don’t go overboard. Eat balanced meals of reasonable size. Overeating will cause your stomach to be too large and you will still feel hungry when you’re not. Also have lots of healthy snacks during the day. Ideally you’ll want to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day. Carry food with you so you aren’t tempted to eat unhealthily when you’re out of the house. And don’t buy unhealthy foods. Get foods that are low in bad fats—we do need fat to survive but not saturated fat. Minimize the processed flours and sugars, no white bread, no sugar. Choose leaner meats and protein sources. Don’t expect to eat pizza and burritos all the time and lose weight. And eat tons of vegetables. Eat salads, steamed vegetables and raw vegetables too. You can’t eat so much celery that you’ll get fat. Don’t eat too much fruit or things containing high fructose corn syrup. The reason is that fructose is hard on the liver because it can only be metabolized there. You can eat fruit during or after a workout. Don’t eat late at night because your body will turn it into fat. Eat a smaller amount of calories than needed to maintain your weight. You have burn more than you intake. Always exercise. Cardio especially, but weights are good too. Don’t give up. You’ll be glad you chose to lose the weight.

Bend your knees and raise your legs to the side at waist level. This is really helpful. Also do sit-ups but lay down on your side and do them that way. Don't sit all the way up but squeeze that area where the fat is. Also, lay down on your back with your legs straight, twist to the side and do the same as with the side-ways sit ups but while staying flat on your back. Anytime you bend at the waist to the side, flex those muscles underneath the fat. Raising your legs to waist level activates the abdominal muscles and is really helpful.

You have to just keep burning the fat. You can't do anything to burn fat in a single location. You can tone the muscle there with exercise, but it will still develop under the fat.

sit ups will help the entire abdominal area. try doing a lot of twists & turns with ur upper body standing up. it tends to pull , which is great for tightening & hence eliminating love handls
