Dogs have the same hormonal changes during pregnancy that humans do. It can make some dogs act a little strangely or feel sick. If your dog is experiencing a little bit of sickness during her pregnancy, this may be due to hormonal changes. If it seems to last a very long time or is very severe, however, I would call the vet. It's better safe than sorry.

Although i am not sure i have come to belive they do. My dogs that have been pregant did not get sick but i feel as if dogs are just like humans and can experience the things we do

Some do, yes. But if the vomiting is constant, or contains any blood or has a "pinkish" tint, take a sample of it and your dog to the vet immediately.

Yes dog can get sick just like ppl.
It may not be in the morring it can be anytime. But not always my dog never got sick but some do.

One of mine used to walk over to me and urp up water in my lap when she was pregnant.
A lot of pregnant dogs suddenly don't like the food they used to like.
