No, you can't get into medicine with that. You need to do your A levels in Chemistry Biology Physics and Maths first. You also need to do Sh*t hot in them as medicine is a really competitive course. Don't despair though, if you can get that far then you have a fighting chance- many medical schools look favourably upon mature students due to their "life experience" I would think that your BTEC would count as relevant experience with it being in Care. Its much easier to get into medicine as a mature student.
Failing that, move to America. Any idiot can get into Medical School there, providing they've got the money. Reassuring eh!

i think this is gonna be honest but harsh. i think with the qualifications you have and assuming your age i think it is extremely unlikely for a number of reasons which i'll list.
a) You don't have A-levels in the required subject.
b) Even if you had A grades in chemistry, maths, biology, physics, history etc you'd still have to compete against others with similar or even better results for a place in medicine.
c) as you can see above medicine is extremely competitive and remember every year another batch of people apply so chances are theres not gonna be an oppurtunity to slip into an 'unfilled' space.
d) very expensive course
Having given you this bare long answer let me just say this. If you wanna be a doctor you don't neccessarily have to be a medical doctor. You might have better luck studying aonther subject i.e. physics, chemistry...you can obtain a PhD is a number of subjects.
But if you still wanna be a 'doctor' doctor then don't let anyone (including me) tell you that you can't.
look into institutions and universities in other countries. But bare in mind you might have to get other qualifications before they'll let you study medicine.

Here's how to maximize your chances for Medical School (but there are no guarantees): Take the IB (International Baccalaureate) program at your High School, or transfer to a school in your district that offers IB. This is the best available program to prepare you for the rigors of university study. Go to a challenging university. This will build up a "core of knowledge" which will allow you to test well on the MCAT. Any Major is acceptable for Medical School, but some Majors make it easier to "slot-in" required pre-med courses. Chemical or Bioprocess Engineering is one Major which will not only allow easy slotting, but also Engineering is a good fallback profession if you do not make it to Medical School. Do very well in your undergraduate courses. A GPA below 3.5 will more or less doom your hopes for Medical School. Anything below 3.75 is suspect and would require explanation. Complete not only the pre-med courses, but other Health Profession pre-professional course lists. Be flexible about an alternative to Medical School. Do not rule out the following: Osteopathy Podiatry Pharmacy Optometry Audiology Physician's Assistant (2yr!)

I'm not sure but maybe if you became a paramedic that might be a better route if you don't have the academic qualifications. Why not simply talk to someone at a uni registration office?

No chance, you need excellent graded A levels unfortunately. Even with these you have an examination and interview to be accepted into med school at universites.

You have to go down the traditional route I'm afraid.
A levels with suitable passes in relevant subjects.
University.
Med school. etc etc. No short cuts into medicine.
