I've lost my calculator operation manual for the TI-92 Plus calculator. Does anyone know of a good URL for this calcuator's functions and operations? I can get the device to do all of the basic arithmetic operations and thngs like LOG and Ln functions. However, with Trig. operations and transendental functions, all I get is the equation organized and presented in symbolic form. Even when I make the equation equal to some variable, it doesn't give a "result" answer. I feel like there is one more step in the operation that I need to do but I have no idea what that step is.

If anyone has experience with this calculator, maybe you can tell me what it is that I'm doing wrong. That would be a really big help.

Thanks in advance.

TI-89 / 92-Plus full manual, 6.06MB

You can also go to "catalog" on the calculator itself, and it will give you an alphabetical list, and brief usage syntax, for all built-in functions.

The syntax for a simple solve operation is:
solve([quation 1] and [equation 2] and ... , {var1, var2, ...})
so solve(3x^2+y=0 and 2x+3=5,{x,y}) will result in "x=1 and y=-3"
