Jesus was a jew and you probally knew that ,you need to be careful of the things you say. Jesus was born in what is now called Israel. He was not italian, but the Romans who were in power at that time were from Rome/ Italy now. In those days wine was what you drank. They did not have soda machines or lemonade stands, grapes were plentiful and therefore they drank wine. Olives are one of the main crops grown in Israel. I hope this answers some of your questions.
