Received a Summons on credit card debt, but I want to write the answer to the court, Can some one advsie how is it done I beleieve one copy must go to the Plantiff. What should I mention in this, That I have received it?.

At this point, it doesn't matter what you say. You MUST file some sort of answer, even if all you say is "I deny these charges".

Are you going to dispute this debt? Or even a part of it? Then list the reasons.

You can say something to the effect that you never received validation information for this debt. Due to the lack of billing information you are unable to confirm you owe this creditor anything.

Keep your answer short and simple. Plan to give your full defense when you arrive in court.

Check with the clerk of courts as to general instructions like the copY.

Do you have a reason that you shouldn't have to pay this debt?
