the real athlete is Jeff Gordon
lebron james just runs around the court trying to trow a ball into a basket...(and he couldn't even help his team win a championship a couple of months ago) and they have to rely on their team mates...
NASCAR drivers drive for 4 hours straight, in a car that's 100+ degrees, they have to be mentally focused, especially when ur driving 190mph and theres a driver inches behind you who's looking to take ur spot away, they cant screw up or they'll end up in the wall... sure they have teammates but in the race track its every man for himself... theres been times when a driver ends up wrecking his own teammate... and when you wreck, you wreck!! ur car either ends up flipping over or totaled
you dont know the meaning of sport!! look it up in the dictionary and motorsports is right there!
besides basketball isnt getting the attention it used to get, people arent interested in it anymore (ratings dropped this year)
NASCAR is growing...and it rocks!!

Basketball is a game, therefore, Lebron James properly classified would be a player.

Automobile racing is a sport so Gordon is a sportsman.

I also bet that Gordon could make a jump shot but James couldn't make a lap, nor would he want to try. Just more evidence he could only be considered a player. But I would still dearly love to see the big bad power forward turn into a sniveling poltroon at the thought of death behind the wheel.

Ahhh, the possibility of death in the pursuit of competition, the true mark of sport.

And basketball does require a little courage, unlike trolling which requires nothing more than complete lack of self-respect.

You'e quite right NASCAR is not a sport. NASCAR is a way of life. If you choose not to live the NASCAR life style, then find an answers category better suited for you.(and Jeff Gordon is a better athlete)

Well, King James beat Gordon on Who's Now on ESPN. But I think Gordon is more of an athlete.

little question approximately it. you moreover could forgot to show he became a international type sea coast volleyball participant, ran marathons til the very end and brazenly challenged Ali to a combat. Dundee,Ali's coach, stood up on a chair and suggested you cant hit me from right here and wilt is 3 inches taller. human beings on occasion overlook the reality that rule transformations enable adult men to run up and down on the courtroom like that's an And1 mixture Tape while staring at gamers interior the previous.

Jeff Gordon's car is 130 degrees. He loses 8 pounds of sweat per race.

You were saying?

Almost like comparing Carl Edwards to Steve Nash.
When Lebron is 35 and retiring, he might get into buying racing teams, MJ did. He will tell you his passion now is racing. Grew up I guess.

It's the old story for ignorant people as yourself-Don't knock it when you've never done it and will never have the guts to try it.

Until you've driven on a 1/4 mile drag strip from a standing start at under 5 seconds at over 330 mph, you'll never know.

Best I've done with my car is 10.21 seconds at 128 mph. That was fast enough for me.

Lebron James and Jeff Gordon are both real athletes, would be the correct answer to your question.
The better question would have been.
Who is a real jerk: Singularity X or the hoof-hearted?
