Many high schools offer ESL (English as a Second Language) in night school. In my area it costs about $26.00 for the entire semester. It's worth the money, since you interact with other students and learn to speak and write correctly. There are also several courses on television, which you can watch for free, but you need to pay for a workbook if you want to do the exercises. Check your television schedules for lessons.

i don't know if there are CDs/cassettes which you can listen to. there usually is in french, italian, japanese, chinese. i have no idea if there is in english. but to learn correct grammar, why not go to the public library nearest you and get a high school english grammar book. you have to know the basics like how to conjugate verbs, how to properly construct sentences. it's like learning basic rules and regulations.
