i have been told by different people that i should bottle my sauce. This is a family recipe so i hope u enjoy it.It depends on how many u are serving on how much u need. It is a time consuming meal. It takes about 3 1/2 hours.
sauce
For every 30 oz of canned Hunts tomato sauce, you need 6 oz can of paste.
1/2 a bell pepper.(reds are sweeter)
1/2 a medium onion
olive oil
salt and pepper
tyme, oregeno, basil, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder. and any other itaian seasoning you want. You will need to add some as it cooks. Taste it often. add some more,, simmer on low, (if you turn it up too high, it will spit at you and will make a HUGE mess. Put alid on it , BUT LEAVE a small opening so the steam will rise. Here is the secret part. ONE HEAPING TABLESPOON OF INSTANT COFFEE. What the coffee does is draw some of the bitter out of the sauce.let that simmer for a couple of hours. Add spices as it cooks.
Meatballs
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 raw eggs
lots of bread crumbs
olive oil
salt and pepper
spices
roll them up into balls(not too big)
bake them in the oven till done
and put them in the sauce to cook as the sauce cooks
if you prefer ground meat,,, you dont need bread crumbs or eggs
TASTE IT AS U COOK, ADD WHAT U NEED AS SPICES GO.

Okay, I do mine using already made stuff, just adding it all together. I hope you like it and try it even if it sounds weird.
2 Cans spaghetti sauce (like hunts or something. Get two different kinds: meat sauce and garlic/herb one)
1 Pound ground chuck beef
1 Sausage (already cooked, shaped in a circle type)
Salt and Pepper and Garlic Salt
Angel Hair Pasta
1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (small/tiny can is good enough) or bag of frozen corn
First, start your water for your noodles as it takes a while to boil (do not add noodles yet)
In large skillet, brown ground beef. Add season salt, pepper and garlic salt (optional/as desired)
While cooking, cut sausage into bite sized pieces.
When beef done, drain fat, push meat to side of pan and add sausage. Cook and flip until browned. Once browned, combine the sausage and ground beef together.
Then, add one can of sauce (meat sauce) to the meat combination as well as the can of corn (if can, drain corn liquid first) If frozen corn, add about 1/2 cup (or as much as desired). Bring to a slow bowl.
Add noodles to bowling water and cook until done (follow directions on bag/box)
When done, drain water and add other can of sauce (garlic/herb one) to the noodles. Toss evenly.
Serve noodles on plate and top with meat and corn sauce
It seems weird I know to have corn it it, but it is really good. I usually use yellow corn, but you can choose if you want yellow or white. You can also change the types/flavors of sauce. I hope you try it and enjoy. Oh yeah, it is easy to do and you only use 2 pans/pots. Plus, when done properly, only takes about 1 hour max for prep time and cook time. Good luck and enjoy.

This is how my mom does it...
1 jar of traditional sauce, any brand will do
1 can 16oz tomato juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Table Spoons white sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
I usually add Italian seasoning, and since my husband & I love garlic I add a minced clove of garlic.
Simmer until desired thickness.

Seafood Alfredo
3 oz (100g) butter
1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1/4 pint(150 ml) double (heavy) cream
3 oz (80g)freshly grated parmesan cheese
6 oz (150g) peeled cooked prawns (shrimp)
8 scallops - cleaned and sliced in half
1lb (450g) fettucine
Melt half the butter in a frying pan and lightly cook the garlic, until softened. Add the scallops and cook until firm - then add the prawns and heat through.
Remove and keep warm whilst you make the rest of the alfredo sauce.
Melt the rest of the butter over a low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cream and cheese.
Return to a low heat and do not allow the mixture to boil - it will separate - stir until it's thickened and then add the scallops and prawns to the cream mixture.
Reheat very gently and pour over freshly boiled fettucine.
