cranks and after a while turns over but after i've driven it for a while it starts right back up. i was told it was a leaky vacuum line but i have looked through a manual a can't find the location. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I'D FIND THE VACCUM LINES ON A 93 GRAND CHEROKEE?

I'd go with the cold start bit. If you have a vacuum leak it isn't going to cure itself once it starts running. An engine with a vacuum leak will run very rough and have no power.

Forget the "Cold start injectors"!!!!!!!!! You DO NOT HAVE THEM. DO NOT SPRAY STARTER FLUID near a running engine!!!! Starter fluid is Ether!!! and very dangerous around sparks. If you want to do that test, use WD-40..Now,,forget the vacuum leak. The chances of that causing this are almost NILL!!
First..can you confirm are you getting spark during cranking? Pull one spark plug wire, slide a snug fitting phillip screw driver into the boot and lay near the engine block or similar ground. Crank the engine and look for a spark. DO NOT HOLD the screw driver!! You will get shocked!
No spark..Consider the crankshaft sensor on the bell housing.
Now, what I really think if wrong is the loss of prime to the fuel system. See if you can borrow a fuel pressure gauge from one of the auto parts stores. Connect to the schrader valve around mid way down the fuel rail. ENGINE OFF. With a helper, crank the engine and watch the fuel pressure. If there is no or little pressure, the engine will not start. If it starts when the pressure comes up to around 39 psi, either the pump..at this age possible or the fuel pressure regulator at the front of the fuel rail are the problems. To check the action of the regulator...fuel pressure gauge attached..engine running..Keep fingers out of fan!!!, pull the vacuum line to the regulator off. Engine running at idle and vacuum line connected, you will see around 25-30 PSI, but if you remove the vacuum line, it will go, or should go to around 30 psi in your year.
Good Luck
PS Have NO IDEA where the guy below gets his parts, but at auto Zone your completer pump assemly with level sender is E7072S $133.99
Just the pump is $80.

get a can of starting fluid( spray ) and while the engine is running spray the starting fluid on the engine in places where you see small line made of rubber, if the engine re v v s up while you spray the starting fluid you will be close to the leak, most vacuum lines are made of rubber, so you will look on the distributor ( if there is one) and from the intake system for the fuel injection or carburator, but i doubt it has anything to do with the hard starting in the morning, if that were the case you would still have vacuum stored in a canister that is used on most all vehicles that use vacuum for brakes of vacuum powered headlights etc, ( the old days) i would think it is a partially clogged fuel filter or fouled spark plugs

Sounds to me like its the Fuel pump outlet check valve. The best way to tell is to hook a fuel pressure tester to the system and prime the pump by running the engine about 2 minutes. There should be 35-45 PSI when you shut the engine off and it should not drop more than 20 PSI in 30 minutes. The check vavle is part of the fuel pump module in the gas tank. Look at about $450- $500 for the pump and about 2 hours labor to install.

Sounds to me like it's possibly the cold start injectors.

When you first start a car, usually the cold start injectors give you a little extra fuel.
