Why is it that my ex boyfriend who cheated on me and got another girl pregnant keeps contacting me. He married her and constantly tells me he is so happy. Then he turns around and ask me how happy am I in my marriage. He constantly tries to see me and make arrangements for us to get together even when I tell him to get lost. He pretends like his wife is the best thing that could have happened to him.

because u are sending him the wrong vibs.
It is only one sided when it is one sided.
If it is one sided it rarely can continue.
tell him - "I feel very disrespected when u keep contacting me. If u do not stop immediately, I will ........"
than disengage and follow up the next time he contacts you and without any dialog.

Next time he does this, go along with it. Act like your hot for his rod, make arrangements to meet with him. But make these same arrangements with his wife.
That should piss him off.
Then throw it in his face.

Sounds like he is a jerk. Don't encourage him. Next time he ask if you are happy, tell him very happy thanks.
