Don't fight the curls it makes it worse. Finger comb your hair (don't use a comb or brush because it breaks the ringlets apart and causes more frizzing) then use a a good mouse, use a hair dryer on low to dry and use a pump hairspray.
Good luck

Anti-frizz Serums by John Frieda or by Tresemme are really good.
Also, try and use a straightening product while straightening your hair, sometimes they have serums in there that helps fight frizz. The humidity is what causes your hair to wave and go frizzy.
When you are done straightening your hair, spray a bit of megahold hairspray that doesnt get sticky-Rave works really good.
There are a few shampoo's and conditioners that could help too.
Garnier Fructise-which also has antifrizz sprays...
Hope this helps.

I assume you don't actually want to "get rid of" it. Ah, I see, you want to straighten it. Your hair needs to be straightened professionally with a "reverse permanent." The many products on the market work only temporarily and fail in humidity. Even an electric straightener doesn't work for very long. Consult with a hairdresser. It really doesn't cost a fortune to have this done and it lasts for a long time. Good luck.

Try a heat protectant spray while you straighten your hair. It will help to not damage it as much, and prevent alot of frizzies.
I use a brand called Ion. You can buy it at Sally Hansen stores.

You should use various conditioners to improve frizzy hair over time. A quick fix is also to go to a salon and your hair straightned regularly, a service many salons offer. Another quick fix is to use hair spray.

well i have frizzy hair and the way to take care of it is to let it grow longer and then take good care of it like comb it and wash it good and if you wanted to you could go to the barber shop and the can help you and see if you had any problems in your hair

humidity.. iditio sory i thuhgt you said what causes it..
try conditioners and shampoos that counteract the humidity..
or use a straightener to give it more body ( umm strength) to not become frizzy..

hair lotion and hair wax work best for frizz that is caused by humidity. be carefull with the wax if you use too much it makes your hair look greasy. dont apply it to your roots either :)
