just wait, being on the do not call registry is not lifetime, it only lasts a few years...
i do not believe you can be taken off, as the only logical reason i could see anyone want to be taken off is someone not authorized to make changes to the phone service removing someone they dont like off of the list..

working for a phone company myself i would say you have to call your phone service provider
