Paypal either charges a credit card or your checking account. You need one or the other. It takes a few days to authorize a checking account. They make a couple of deposits of a few cents and you must reply to them with the amount. This verifies you are not trying to use someone else's account.

Look into purchasing a prepaid Visa or Mastercard with a balance of $300 on it. Then you can just do a normal credit card transactions. There is a fee to get one of those cards.

Paypal is a service you can connect to your checking/savings account. I've had mine for so long I don't remember if you need a credit card to open one or not. Try opening one and see if you need a credit card, or you can possibly open it by using your checking account assuming you have one. If you don't have a credit card, you can also go to the grocery store or a check cashing place and buy one of those prepaid credit cards. The only downside to that is that they cost like 5.99-9.99 at the market. If you go to a check cashing place I think they're cheaper and only charge you $2.00 to reload with $. At the market or drug store it's like $4.99. Check them out though. Also you may have to add more than just $300 depending on your complete total of the purchase. So I'd say $320 just in case.

For heaven sakes what on earth are you buying in the first place? If you don't have a credit card or pay pal and don't understand how to get pay pal ,You have no business what so ever to be buying $300.00 off the internet. If this is your earned money you made go shopping at the Mall or other places, which usually will be cheaper then the internet on the other hand is this money your parents to blow? That money comes by hard at times,so wake - up before spending it. Better off to save your money and buy something you really do need in the furture.

credit card is by far the easiest. However, go to Paypal.com and register. You can direct link you bank account number and have it debit it directly from you checking account. Some people are leary of this but don't be....they do millions of transactions per year.

Paypal is a secure server that acts as a middle man to complete payment. Very simple to use...just go to their website.

without a credit or debit cards, there's nothing that links you back to the debt. You can try putting the cash onto a visa gift card or something like that.
