Um...HE broke up with YOU. You shouldn't have to "wow" him...that should be his goal at the moment. You know, prove to you he made a mistake in breaking up with you? It sounds like he's the one with the problem (getting upset because you wanted to be able to talk while you were hanging out???). So you just continue being the girlfriend you are, and hopefully he'll realize that you deserve better than that!

be confident, and comprimise. just because the movie was lame, you should never be wasting your time, if you care about someone it will never be a waste of time no matter how bad the situation or activity. you need to focus on the good and take the nerve racking with a grain of salt dear. dont re discus or appologize, just start over in a new light for the relationships sake....

Instead of going to the movies the next time go to dinner and then take a walk in the park or something so you two can talk and spend more time with each other.

sounds like you need to work on communication. your relationship shouldnt have to be WOWing for either of you 24/7. isnt the point of dating someone just getting to know & spend time with them?
secondly, if your not happy when your with him, you may want to reconsider the relationship. if its a potential partner for life, you want to know that he's not someone you can jstu live with, he's someone you cannot live without.
cherish every moment you have together, okay. it makes each one seem more special.

A good way to make up to him might be writing a really thoughtful letter. it sometimes help say things you might not want to say in person, but it gets your feelings across well. if he appreciates you, he'll recognize your sincerity and desire to be with him.

I don't think he should over react like that and just break up with you after he got annoyed ONCE. He should aslo listen to your opinion with the mind set that you might be right. But if you really like him, you should take him out somewhere (not a movie). Make him know that you're sorry.

It's a little immature and controlling for you to say the movie was a waste because you two couldn't talk. You know, sometimes relationships need air to breathe. I bet he thinks you have been controlling and smothering him.

It's not the movie that broke you up. It's your behavior that broke you up!

Leave the relationship be... If he broke up over that, he was probably looking for an easy way out. If he gets upset over something that trivial then it is not worth it long term. Good Luck

Well for one, I can see why he was upset about your comment on the movie, but breaking up with you is just a little dramatic...

Whatever you do, don't suggest a "better date" you might as well just shoot him and then commit suicide... Just apologize and tell him it was kinda inconsiderate of you, but mention that you would like to spend some quality time with him.

I think he took things way too serious, he probably has a temper if he was willing to break up with you because of a movie...Good Luck, with that but you might want to consider looking for someone else.
