How to do an oriental roll cut with a chinese cleaver. I was watching Tampopo once and I saw this asian chef use his cleaver to cut a carrot in such a manner that it unrolled and then the chef tossed out the carrots hard center. It was truly a beautiful thing to watch.
On a celebrity note I would have liked to have made an Apple Charlotte with Julia Child once. I think that would have been fun.

I love Take Home Chef Curtis Stone. He makes cooking seem really fun and easy. Also, I love Aaron Sanchez and I love Mexican food, so I would be happy to learn a few recipes from him. It doesn't hurt that they are both extremely good looking.

Fudge. that is the one thing I need to SEE somebody do. I just can't get the concept of "washing down the pan" while keeping water away from the candy. PS don't try to tell me, I've read a hundred ' recipes and tricks" but I need to see it done.
