I do have male friends that flirt with me a lot but when it comes to dating they date other random girls. My friends do not share the same problems as me and don't know what I'm doing wrong.

There is nothing wrong with you, but stop waiting for a man to ask you out. If you see a guy you are interested in just walk up to him and start a conversation and take it from there. I say mix it up a little bit. Do things that you wouldn't normally do. Like, approach a guy and ask him out. Buy a guy a drink if you want to get to know him better. Start a conversation, tell a funny joke, etc... YOU take the lead. Good luck.
