Canon Eos 5D - 12.7 Megapixels. I do family photography as a side business. Unless you go bigger than 8X10 you really don't need more than 5MP. Having more Megapixels is mostly marketing hype. The quality of your camera's lens, exposure control, and sensor are more important.
