She has an issue with her self-image and what you explained is distinct signs of an eating disorder... Beg her to talk to someone else about these feelings... Her parent's, her doctor, a school counselor... The more she continues to do this the more it will progress... It can be deadly... If she doesn't tell anyone and get help quickly then do it yourself... She will probably be mad at you, she may even break it off... but it is a mental disorder that can kill her and in the long run you don't want that hanging over your head... Once she is better she may even want to come back to you... Regardless of any reprecussion she or you may face the best thing to do is get her help quickly... I was in the early stages last year... I went 2 months only taking in 300-500 calories a day... I was losing weight rapidly and looked ill... I realized I was actually enjoying the pain of hunger and refused to eat... I also realized the potential damage I was doing to myself and told those I trusted... They were told by me to check up on me daily and ask me how much I ate... If they didn't see improvements I wanted them to get me help... Even if I fought against it... Get her help... She needs it right now...

Help for Eating Disorders

Tell her she has a problem seeing herself the way she really is. Let her know you are attracted to the way she is now. If she loses weight you will not feel the same way about her. It sounds like she is beginning to be interested in making herself sick. Maybe you can get her to see someone about this and nip it in the bud. Best Wishes

If she won't listen to you, maybe she'll listen to someone else. Talk to her parents, her friends, her doctor (if you know her doctor), anyone who can help her. But she appears to have an eating disorder, and that is something you do NOT want to mess around with.

Explain to her that she's great the way she looks and how unhealthy it is for her not to eat and vomiting up the food. Try and make her feel more confident about herself and her looks.

You cannot make her do anything. She has to realize the problem herself. You can always lovingly tell her the truth. You can encourage her. But you cannot make her do anything.
