i just can't stop eating. I eat 3 large meals a day (usually junk) breakfast starts at like 7 and lasts till 8 and i dont eat slow. lunch is 12 to 1 or 1:30 and supper is from 6 to 7:30 or 8. this only started like a month ago, i went to a doctor and he said im not anerexic or have a binge eating problem i dont know what it is. im only 13 so i dont work, i dont really DO anything. i stay inside all day and either eat a meal or snacks all day long. i usually eat like 2 big bags of chips, 4 liters of soda, 3 packs of cookies, and a whole lot more too. i just eat constantly ALL DAY. 2 weeks ago i used to sit on a kids rocking chair, yesterday i sat on it, i barely fit too, and i broke it! im blowing up like a balloon! Please help

okay same problem here when I was younger. Are you anxious about something. Instead of eating....drink 2 to 3 large 64oz of water why eating. You get so full. You can't eat. If you are eating why you are stressed. Drink the water instead. I ballooned to 315 and now am back to 170lbs. Drink the water, I wanted to eat all the time so I got full on water. Did they test you for diabetes or hypoglycemia? Drop the soda, chips and cookies and you would loose alot of weight. Of course I am not a Dr. Just telling you what helped me.

Who is buying you all that junk food?? Tell your parent not to bring soda or cookies into the house. Aren't they aware of how unhealthy your diet/lifestyle is?
Eat healthy snacks between lunch and dinner so you aren't so ravenous. String cheese, cut up veggies with low fat dip, fruit dipped in low-fat yogurt, reduced fat peanut butter on whole grain crackers. A handful of walnuts or almonds, or a couple cups of popcorn. Make a list of healthy foods for the person who does the grocery shopping for your family so you can get the proper foods. Measure out a proper amount of food (look up servings and sizes of food servings), then put the food away and don't take any more.
Start exercising. You can walk up and down stairs, you can walk around the block. Do you have a bicycle? Call a friend and find something to do outside the house. Distract yourself and do not walk into the kitchen between meals.
You may need to go back to the doctor if you're unable to control your eating. There are Overeaters Anonymous groups for teenagers. Get on your computer and see if you can find one in your area.

just like me but it's because 13 year old or kids are growing and you are usually hungy all the time. i'm 13 too and i eat a lot and for the past 3 months i have gained 20 pounds , my weight is 90 pounds but that's coz i sleep a lot. you see when you sleep long you loose fat coz it's giving your stomach more time to digestthe food. but i still eat a lot and i can't stop either. but what i do is just stay away from the kitchen where all the food is and i just lock myself in the room after i eat . and just keep myself occupied and i time my meals from my snacks. like after 1 1/2 hours i would have a snack . it might make you shrink. and umm try walking around yur neighborhood as an excercise or go walk in every room in yur house.

Join a gym. Everytime you want to eat a bag of chips or some junk, pack your bags and do a 30 minute cardio session. Better yet, find a 24 hour gym.
Quite simply, its mind over matter, but you'll need some sor of discipline.

Eat smaller portions. Don't deprive yourself, but add more fruit and vegetables to your diet and drink lots of water - flavored water is ok. No sodapop. Eat one cookie instead of a lot. Instead chips, try a mini-bag of popcorn. Cut out the soda! That's what's blowing you up.

You definitely are unhealthy. You should completely change your diet to lots of fruit and vegetables and exercise every day and do lots of different sports and just spend a lot of time outdoors. The sun is healthy for you! The sun gives you vitamin D. You should also do a type of cleanse such as a fruit cleanse to get you healthier.
P.S. The reason i know all this is because my mom is a health minister.

Usually when you are really bored, you get uncontrollably hungry, when this happens, you want to eat and eat, it happens to me a lot. What you should do, is to brush your teeth whenever you get really hungry, I dont know how, but it really does help get rid of the hunger. Hoped I helped.

Wow, you sure have alot of questions about being fat.
I also noticed that in one question ("HEy im a fat kid?") you said you were "a 382 Pound Girl..." Then, in another question ("Am i fat?????") you said "im 133.5 pounds, 61 inches high, 13 years old and male"
In any case, if you're overweight, then eat less and exercise more and quit lying!

Try discipline and self-control. Try choosing to eat good foods. Try choosing to do something...like exercise. It's your choice. You are in control of your actions. Take responsibility and do what you know is right.
