Or are you gonna stand firm in your faith in Jesus Christ?

Be strong and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The LORD will do what is good in his sight."

Wow, many do not understand that this scripture speaks also in a SPIRITUAL sense-- battles not "literal" but battles we deal with each day!
WAKE UP PEOPLE!

I will stand up with Him.
I will fight with Him.
How could I run from something I already know the Lord has victory over. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I don't know how I could desert my Saviour after what He has done for me. ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS!!!

it looks like some ppl arent understanding ur question. It is not a physical battle, it is spiritual. We go through battles quite often but that is only because He might be testing us to see if we remain firm in our faith that HE WILL come throught with His promises. Other times is the devil trying to bring us down, but that is when we should try harder to win the battle!

Yes, I will run! Not away from my faith, but with my faith that God has given me.

Jeremiah 12:5

5 "If you have raced with men on foot
and they have worn you out,
how can you compete with horses?
If you stumble in safe country,
how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?

As Jeremiah complains to God, God answers him with grace and truth. First he recognizes that Jeremiah had raced with men on foot. Then, he tells him that it is also to prepare him for the more difficult times in ministry that still lay ahead. Oh that we would pray as Jeremiah did and hear the Word of the Lord as Jeremiah did. I praise God that we have a greater than Jeremiah who intercedes for us, Jesus Christ.

A better question is : Are we willing to do what it takes, or pay whatever the price that God may revive us? Christianity has become so wimpified. Very soft. Evidenced by some of the others answers. I am not judging. I also ask this question of myself.

Christians are not the only ones. Look at the religon not the people who follow it wrong. Religon if followed correctly can be a great source of morals. I know Atheists that have killed people too.

What battle? Last time I checked, we were not at war.
And what spiritual battles? I don't know about you, but my spirit is at peace. I do not fight daily battles, either literal or spiritual.

If God is the God Christians describe we're all F*cked anyway, so i'm not running anywhere, what I would do since that god would kill and send me to hell anyway is insult and curse him with every dirty vulgar repugnant phrase in my vocabulary and tell him to kiss my f*cking as.s for being a egotistical megalomaniac.

I believe that Christ existed, and we was more than likely a positive figure in history, but his story was raped by human beings who used it for their own gain. and beyond all that.....Neither God , Jesus, or the enterprise are showing up any time soon

I will not run, but stand firm as He strengthens me.
The battle is not a physical one, it is spiritual.

The extremists who brought down the planes on 9-11 were standing strong for their faith...and for what they believed to be of God...

kinda creepy that U.S. Christians, cite the same rhetoric.
