Very soon in the global scheme.
Not soon enough if you're a patient with an injury.

The Christopher Reeve Foundation has given a huge boost to this research, as has developing technology.

A cure may remain elusive, but work is definitely getting close on restoring movement to people formerly paralyzed.

IDK but a ton of research going on. Saw a documentary recently on TV.
