Well it is very possible to lose 50 pounds in two months, but it would not be fat, it would simply be fluid. you would have to lose basically a pound a day to reach that goal and if you are thinking of losing a pound of fat a day, that is just simply unrealistic. To help you understand the reason you cannot lose a pound of fat a day here is simply why:
when you sleep you burn about 600 calories, throughout the day if you are moderately active you burn about 600 calories. Then you decide to eat a half a cup of cereal for breakfast, with a half cup skim milk, no snacks, for lunch a half a turkey sandwich on light bread, and dinner a garden salad with fat free dressing. The daily intake would only be around 220 calories. so take what you ate and subtract it from what you burned. 1200-220=960 calories burned, it takes 3500 calories to lose a pound 3500/960, it would take 3-4 day to lose one pound of fat. 10 pounds a month, 2.5pounds a week. Hope that was helpful, also I have anorexia so i know alot about weight.

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more

That is an unreasonable amount of weight you want to lose in such a short time. You will make yourself sick. It is recommended to lose no more than 2 lbs in a week for healthy weight loss. So, you should just concentrate on losing 16 lbs in 2 months.

I have lost 10 pounds every month for 3 months straight. I joined Weight Watchers. That is basically 2 pounds a week. You can also join "The Biggest Loser".

Sorry 50 lbs is not possible to lose in 2 months even if you starved yourself or became bulimic. A more reasonable target is about 15-20 lbs.

Your body would probably not sustain that much weight loss in such a short time. You would create a lot of medical issues.

You couldn't not even lose that much weight with liposuction and still be healthy. That is not possibe, unless you cut off your legs or something.
