IRS.GOV , download form 4506-T, and mail to address listed on the second page or even fax form to fax numbers provided. Your will usually receive the "Return Transcript" with in 7-10 days. Or call 1-800-829-1040, 1-800-829-8374 and ask for a "Return Transcript" to mailed to you.
This "Return Transcript" is free and it is a line by line of your tax return you filed. All schools and loan office accept this instead of your actual tax return. Your own copy of your return is not acceptable because the schools etc do not know that the return was actually filed.

Can't help you out with a site name, just remember always make a hard copy of your return.

If you can not retrieve your tax return off of the internet, you can always ask the IRS for a copy by filing out form 4506. You can get that from irs.gov.

You can get a copy of your IRS issued tax return transcript in 1-2 business days from Accuverify.com

You can call the IRS and ask them to send you a transcript of your return, that would be the easiest way. If you have a fax available they might be able to fax it to you.
