I am looking for spells that actually work that I can perform on someone without there knowledge that can rid them from my life forever and for good.

Tell them to leave you alone. Then get a restraining order if they refuse.
Magic isn't an excuse for a lack of backbone. If you want something done, why default to mysticism when the easy way is to do it yourself? Works every time.

Just so you know, there is not one true Wiccan who would just give you a spell, especially not here! You don't know what a spell is, obviously, or why or when a spell could (or should) be used.
If, in their audacity, someone did give you the info you desired, and you did use it, you could expect some pretty harsh repercussions, what is called a '3-fold return'.
Not pretty.
Just ignore this person you no longer need in your life. It's easier, and won't cost you anything financially OR spiritually!

Well, there's the "move somewhere else" spell, the "change your phone number" spell, the "tell him to screw off" spell (although that one is a lot more powerful if you don't do it without his knowledge), the "go to court and get a restraining order" spell, and the "call the police if he does something stupid" spell.
The material component for most of those is a telephone, and all but one of them are very, very inexpensive. A level 0 character of any class can cast them all.

The last time I prayed up a storm about a dude that was incredibly horrible, asking the Lord to stand up for justice on this matter and not let him get away with it, he dropped dead from a Diabetic Coma 3 months later... I concluded that this guy was much worse than I thought.

Try a simple banishing spell, but beware of using a spell against another's will? It could come back and haunt you. Do no harm.

No spells, perhaps you ought to try a more direct approach and tell the people that you have no interest in having them in your life.

Here's a little spell that works. Each time you see them, make sure to discretely wear some dog excrement. Eventually they will avoid you at all costs.
I don't know how it works, but it does. Must be magic.
