Even though these days, it does not seem to matter anymore.

I don't like to be late. For me late is 5 minutes till. And yes, it doesn't seem to matter anymore. This bugs me. And the later church starts, the later people come. It is a vicious cycle. Also notice the ones that are late are even late when the time changes, and the clocks are turned back 1 hour?

Yes, but that doesn't stop me from entering if I've arrived a trifle late. In almost every case where I've entered a church a few minutes late, there are people who arrive after I do who are even later still. Better to be a bit late than to not attend the service at all.

Absolutely - I don't like being late for anything!

Technically, you are not supposed to enter the church after the priest or minister arrives for worship.

I can sympathize with families with several small children, but when people stroll in 20 minutes late for Mass, I wonder why they even bothered - they're obviously going because they feel obligated, not because they want to (or they would've been on time).

It also irritates me when people leave immediately after receiving communion, before the service is over. Again, it's more about obligation for them than worship.

I don't mind being late very much as I can always sneak in the back and grab a seat - it's the music worship part and so many are moving around I don't get noticed that much if I'm late lol.

What bugs me are people who get up and down during the pastor's sermon. It disturbs the thought flow of those who are actually listening to him.

I suppose I think of the worship service differently than most. Most think they are the audience, the pastor and his crew and the choir are the performers. In actuality, everyone in the room are the performers and God is the audience. I wish people would remember that before they consider leaving during a service.

Yes,I just know everyone is looking right at me. But one time I was running late, and knew I wouldn't make it to my Sunday School class, so I ask my husband(at the time) to get the boys to Sunday School, they were all back in a few minutes, I had forgotten the time change. So that was one we were on time for sure.

I do because the worship band plays a couple songs before the sermon begins and I hate missing out on them because it's such an awesome experience.

I'm always on time. It's really easy to be on time I find. Those that stroll in late do annoy me but oh well, can't do much about it.
