I have a potion that works...
Go to your local Wal-Mart, and obtain a canister of Whey Protein, and possibly some Creatine.
Now, go to the produce section and get yourself some bananas and berries, or just go to the frozen aisle and get yourself some "cheat" smoothie pre-made mix.
Take this combination, add milk or water, and blend.
Drink 3 of these "potions" daily, and do regular resistance training. Visible results will be seen in 3 weeks.

Try making a really, really big potion with lard as its main ingredient. Your body will probably get larger.

i do know some spells that can make you bigger, but they will only work if i pronounce them. so it is of no use to tell them to you.
