Get some Sweet Potatoes, cut them into Fries and fry them until done. A nice diversion from Potatoes.

So, how about fried eggplant. Season some eggplant, dip it in eggbatter, fry in olive oil, dry off, salt, serve with some hot sauce on the side?? Quick, easy, and good for you.
But hey, if you do the fries anyway, make them chili fries, or chessefries. Kids like that stuff, and its fun.

you mean veg in general? take a bunch or two of pok-choi (the Chinese leaf), then clean it and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then drain it and stir fry it with oil, garlic and chilli. Yum!!!! Serve your hamburger with these greens, but before have a soup instead of the usual pasta or fries.
