Very bad. It is important to eat 3 meals a day - breakfast is actually the most important meal. You need to be getting a minimum of 1200 calories a day to stay healthy.
You are probably trying to lose weight, but what you are actually doing is throwing your body into "starvation mode" where it will hold onto every ounce of fat for as long as possible, and start devouring your internal organs after that. Gross, but that's what happens.
So please eat a healthy amount (1200 calories a day, with a little bit from each food group). If you eat healthy, drink enough water (8 cups a day) and do some aerobic activities, you will get yourself to a healthy weight as well.

15 calories? What on earth are you eating that is ONLY 15 calories????
Sugar-Free Jello cup?
A grape?
3 bites of apple?
So is that a bad meal....well, since a 150 calorie meal is barely healthy I would say YES a 15 calorie meal is bad!
You need to get a healthy diet plan! The minimum calorie intake per day should be like 1000 calories! Most healthy diets allow for 1100-1300 calories a day.
ALSO...by taking in such a low level of calories your body is likely to kick in to "starvation mode" which means that you might see a gain rather then a loss. In "Starvation Mode" your body will (at best) horde your calorie intake, and (at worst) start to feed off your own muscle to get what it needs for you to stay at a functioning level.

What on earth did you eat for lunch that was only 15 calories??
You need to eat wayyyy more than that! 150 calories for lunch sounds more like it. You should have at least 1500 calories a day, and that is way too little actually, depending on your body weight. You should figure out what you Basil Metabolic Rate is (BRM)... you can find online "calorie" calculators that will help you to determine this and then help you determine how many calories you should eat a day. Please eat more that 15 calories for lunch! That's outrageous.

You do realise that your body is made of processed food.
If you carry on eating that amount of food every day you will end up weighing about 15 calories.

you know the answer yourself.
its nothing.
pretty much anything with so few calories doesn't even count because you use more energy to chew and digest it than your body gets in energy.
but you know that. to get to the age you are, able to type this and all, you know what a typical meal consists of...?

Are you trying to kill yourself? You can't survive on 15 calories you probably burned more eating it than you consumed. Please eat properly. You will make yourself ill. If you feel you have an eating disorder please go and get help now don't wait until it's gotten hold of you it will ruin your life or even kill you.
