People say that they're overweight way to much which causes them to gain more weight. By saying " I am at a perfect size" everyday to yourself will bring you to the size that you are satisfied. But, you CANNOT say it once and give up after seeing no results the next day. These things take time and if you read a book called "The Secret" you will better understand what I am talking about. If you don't want to try that then set an incentive for your weight-loss diet. Perhaps a SMALL treat like a piece of pie or something sweet. But, you have to set these incentives in long periods of time. Like maybe once at the end of an 8-day period.

Set small goals and post them wher you can see them...the To Do list for You.....you will walk 5 extra minutes on Monday, not eat a desert after dinner on Tuesday, etc. What happens is we focus on losing weight, not making lifestyle changes to keep it off. Motivation = The Wealth of Health...but it takes time. Small goals will keep you motivated to move forward each day on the trail of good health!

try not to be pessimistic about your weight instead look around the out side environment,surroundings and friends how they function in order to lose weight and be happy. by doing so you will motivate yourself to elevate to the next step. there is nothing impossible if you keep trying.

what i did was sort of silly but i set up a little rewards system for myself. i set a target and if i met the target then i got a pedicure or a facial (something that makes me feel good) and if i didnt make the target then i had to get up at 6:00am for the gym every day (i made my dad wake me up and force me to go) and since i am not a morning person that was all the motivation i needed haha i also bought a pair of pants in the size i wanted to be and hung them up..it was a victory day when i tried them on and they were slightly baggy!! good luck

Make a list of the reasons you are doing it put all junk food in a cuboard and tape it over it :)

keep pictures up of yourself at your ideal weight on the fridge and in your closet. if you have never been thin or don't have any pics of yourself at that weight, then use cut outs of women in magazines that look like how you want to look.

just get a pic of what you want to look like them post it up
everytime you look at it you will want to lose that weight

do it like me i put a picture of a fat lady in the fridge and i put the phrase " way to go " every time i watch that lady i think that's the way you r gonna look if you keep eating

Go to your favorite store or online store and look at all the clothes you know would look great on you/hang around thin people...works for me..

Pull out something you want to wear, that you cannot fit in right now...and every time you think about backsliding, go look at that item of clothing and think how cute you'll look in it, and how good it will feel to be that size again. âº
