Her name was Midgie, and she was 17 years old. Her lungs and liver were full of cancer.

You are suffering, thats normal. It'll get easier but you'll never really get over it. I've had my Stimpy now for 14 years and knowlage won't do ANY good. I'm sorry for your loss. I think ghosts would be cool,BUT I'm used to being disappointed.

I'll admit that I was quite apprehensive at first because I was noticing all the similarities to twilight, ha-ha. Then I read the introduction and I was like, oh. Anyway I really like your writing style. Better than Twilight, in my opinion. It has a hint of humor despite how the situation is anything but funny, and I really enjoyed reading it. I liked your word choice and the descriptions, good job!

After I put my 14 year old to sleep I wished I would see her in a dream. This rarely happened. I'm sorry you lost your cat today.

I'm sorry about your cat.
If it's any consolation, Homo Erectus has come back to see me a couple of times.

awww... that is so sad. sometimes you are asleep and your mind travels backwards in time and you wake up crying because you miss them so much. who knows? if your cat saw you sad it might come back and comfort you. maybe not as a ghost, maybe as a person, or another pet, or even something that makes you feel good. cats have a way of doing that...

Ahh, too bad about your cat, sorry. I had to put my dog to sleep back in '99, when I moved he barked so much in such a quiet neighborhood. Well I did see my hamster upside down in his cage, and thought he was dead. Next day he was up and running!

Hi... Yes they do return but it usually in your dreams... You can tell if it is real by how real the dream seems. If you wake up and expect to see your kitty, then it was a rare visitation. If you wake up and just remember it as a dream...well that's still precious. Remember that Love can never die. Your kitty lives on in your heart.

not really but i feel a presence around me. my cat does too. her brother died and it was all the family she had, now she stares off into space a lot and she reaches up and tries to grab something. she sleeps a lot more though.

Im sorry for your cat!!! If you really want to see them, think about them before you go to sleep, and your cat will appear in your dreams. Im not sure if they visit you like a ghost though. Im so sorry, good luck!
