I love tamales!
Did you know that most cultures have their own version of tamales?
El Salvador (most of Latin America for that matter), China, and even native Hawaiians have a dish that is very similar to tamales.

I like 'em. I've just never had the time to learn how to make them myself. The woman next door makes excellent ones. In turn I give her my tomatoes and herbs.
