well if you mean yor icon for yahoo answer you have to go t othe yahoo answer page and click on the right hand side were it says my profile then on the right were your name is right next ot that alittle down it says edit my info click on that button and then click use my avator (if you dont have one under were it says use my yahoo avator it says edit my avator) then click that and make one and save it so it shows
if you want ot you your own picture click on the use my yahoo 360 picture and then go to the bottom of the page and preview and then ok.
your all set after that

OK - in simple terms!
Open a new tab in your browser and google yahoo 360. It will bring up a page for Yahoo 360 home, click it and you will already be signed in!
Click on my page - top right hand side. Click on edit personal photos to the left. Hit browse and find the picture you want from your computer. Upload it and set as primary.
Then come back here. Open your profile, edit and click on the middle of the pictures to show. There ya go!
