how does a disney visa card work can i use it any where like at babies r us. do i have to have enough credit all i have is cable and phone bills that i pay for.

It's a Visa credit card and should be accepted anywhere Visa credit cards are accepted.

Just don't charge more than you can afford to pay at the end of the month. That way you won't put yourself in debt and pay interest.
