they dont have a team because theyd have an unfair advantage in the summer swimming games! that or theyre too drunk from tequilla, or sick as hell from drinking the water down there!

Yes, they do. My flag from Ireland flew on the sailing vessel "Eros" in PV that won the race, my wife and I attended the awards in Tepic, Mexico and met many teams going to the internationals.
Even got a t-shirt.

Mexico doesn't have an Olympic team because all the people who can run - jump - and swim are already in the U.S.A.
