No mortal knows where God's throne is located... I "assume" you mean where souls, that God accepts, will go when mortal existence ends... I would guess it is beyond the boundaries of the known Universe. Or at the point of origin of the Universe... your guess would be as valid as mine

There are different heavens.
The first heaven is the atmosphere.
The second heaven is the stars, which is probably where Satan makes war with God's angels.
The third is a planet at the north pole of the universe. That is where the Lord Jesus Christ is.
There is also the heavenly city, the New Jerusalem, which will come to earth in the future.

Depending upon which heaven you're talking about. If you're talking about the one where you immediately go to when you die, it is here on earth. I guess you can say it's in a different dimension. But, it is here. That's why some people see spirits and others don't. Their world is different than the world be live in now.

Look up. That is the first heaven. Look higher and you will find the second heaven. Look even higher and you will find the third heaven.

There are three heavens mentioned.
The one you apparently are referring to is not within the physical dimensions.
