I just recently bought a Therapedic Mattress Pad hoping that I would get better sleep. Yesterday was my first night sleeping on it and when I woke up this morning, my neck and back were completely sore. I'm wondering if this is because my back is already messed up and the therapedic mattress is correcting it? or is this pad not actually helping? It's made of the same stuff Temperpedic beds are made of...help??

I do not like these type of mattresses because they mold to the body, but give no support. It's like sleeping on a molded rock. They definitely can cause you to have more back pain because once it molds into the position you were in, it's not supporting your back. You would be better off with an air mattress that you can dial the support into or a waterbed.

If you can return this mattress then do so. They suck. They end up staying shaped like you sleep after a bit of time. And they really don't give you support.
