I always make my own with fresh veggies from the greenhouse and garden, Tomatoes, chillis, sweetcorn and fresh herbs etc far better than shop bought fresh or frozen

Usually fresh, it tastes better. Frozen normally is disatisfying or needs way too much doctoring. Better yet, if I have the time, I make my own.

Frozen if I can't go out to eat it at a restraunt.
Out to eat would be my first choice.
Though I do like to make it from scratch also.
It takes a long time to cut up everything and get it all together though.

Both but I prerfer fresh...frozen is there to stick in the oven/microwave if I'm in a rush.
