I think they're childish. And It's a lose/lose situation for the woman so why would you do it? You're acting like you don't want him...
If he respects you he'll accept that you don't want him and leave.
If he's a self absorbed jerk and doesn't respect you he'll assume he's too good for you to pass up and ignore you not wanting him
So what you're doing is filtering out the good guys and ensuring you only date jerks. If you want to date a self absorbed jerk then playing games is the right thing to do.

It's ok for a while but there are some limits. Don't just blow him off a ignore him. Have "things to do", or "plans you can't break" and don't make it with other guys. Make him think you're trying to find an opportunity to have some special time between you to start a relationship. Leave him hanging too long the fish will find another hook to bite..

Play hard 2 get? OK, u play children's games.
I want a woman that knows what she whats and not afraid 2 go after it. child games r for those who r children in the body and minds. When u mature, u get out of those playing games.

You must never consider "playing" a guy, since most guys, when facing these challenges, usually turn away, rather than working harder to attract the same girl. Listen to yourself. If you truly love this gentleman, then perhaps you two are meant to be and that your relationship requires no form of flattery.

Women who play hard to get are great as long as she doesn't overplay the hard, that is flirting to the extreme which can cause her a load of unwanted trouble later.

No I don't really like playing games like that. I would rather just have everything out there. THat being said I wouldn't want someone that says they are all in love with me right away either because they tend to be clingy and needy.

Yes if they really are hard to get not just acting and if they live up to the expectations. Courting them away from 3 other potential boyfriends is always exciting.

If they play hard to catch I would assume they don't wanna be caught and leave them alone. I prefer them to know their own minds and be direct and forthright in what they want.
