Dear in Christ,
Even Jesus resurrected in a Spirit Body! 1 Peter 3:18. (Do not ask me what happened to his body, I know for certain that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom - 1 Cor 15:50)
So do not waste money on plastic surgery. You will be given an angelic body!
Jesus Loves You, So do I

It depends on one very important thing, which resurrection? Because there will be two.
We already know that when we die, we rest until Our Lord returns in all His glory. Daniel 12:2 says that those who sleep in the earth will awake, some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting contempt. (John 5:28-29 repeats the exact same words)FIRST RESURRECTION-The saved resurrect to receive their reward-Heaven
This means that if you are saved, when Jesus returns, you will hear The Lord telling you, "Come Forth". and your body which may have gone to the grave sick or old will be transformed. Your perishable earthly body will be transformed into heavenly body that will never die.(1 Cor.15:51-55)
But there is another resurrection, and you don't want to awaken on this one. After the saved have been in heaven for 1,000 years, the lost will be resurrected. Their bodies will come out of the grave just as they went in; with infirmities, violent thoughts and evil in their hearts. Their bodies will NOT be transformed. (Rev.21:8)
SECOND RESURRECTION-The lost resurrect to see The Lord in all His Glory. And to receive their punishment.
***Whether you awaken on the first or the second resurrection, on that day I don't think you will be focusing on your looks. Now, when do you want to resurrect? the choice is up to you.

The only thing that's for certain is that those who believe will receive new bodies. We cannot say for sure what they will be like. Some have said that we may have a choice about how we will look. That is just conjecture, but it does make sense. When a baby dies it goes straight to heaven and it would not make sense that a baby would have to remain baby forever, nor would it make sense that an elderly person whose body has deteriorated over the years on earth to be confined to that same body for eternity in heaven. Again, just conjecture, but makes sense (at least to the human mind).

Exactly as The God of the Bible did plan for you to look at the time of Resurrection. You can not change a thing.

Man starts out here with five basic realities:
1. personality -the never changing you, absolutely forever unique.
2. spirit - God's pure prepersonal spirit within you - God's will
3. soul the duplicate you which ascends to the next level
4. mind - copies of your mind also ascend with you
5. body - the lowest reality you have - does not leave earth. "ashes to ashes and dust to dust" aaaAAACHHOOO !
The next mansion world higher Heaven is a super-physical soul reality level -- no physical bodies up there. There you will be re-personalized with a much better soul form super-body. Later you will be given many ever higher Spirit Forms.
Pay more attention to spiritual and soul (moral) and intellectual (wisdom) growth here. The parts of the higher you.

That is rather superficial at best.
Christians will get a new body, incorruptible, that is made to live in heaven. We shall be like Jesus.
