Workout plan sounds good. Though if possible, you might run in the morning and do the others in the afternoon.

Lifting will only help you lose weight if you currently have weight as excess fat. You 'll lose the fat, but you'll gain muscle tissue. If you have no fat to lose, you're likely gain additional muscle tissue, which will increase your weight.

But it's all good.

sounds good - weight lifting will build muscle which in turn will burn fat quicker, so yes you will lose SOME weight, but muscle weighs more than fat, so it might seem that you haven't lost weight looking at the numbers on a scale.

Running will have far more effect on weight loss than lifting because it is an aerobic activity.

Good. Yes weightlifting helps not only to loose weight but it replaces fat with muscle.
