I was raised as a fundie type christian. If I stayed that way, I probably would have killed myself by now. I was unbearably unhappy and discontented then. If, by some chance, I was alive, I am sure I would be married with a bunch of god-praising children littering the earth.
Thank Jebus I came to my senses ;)

I don't know because there is no opposite of atheism, besides theism. You could say the opposite is a fundie Christian, right, but couldn't the opposite also be a Pagan?

If I had stayed in the belief my mother tried to raise me in I'd probably not have gone into a science career; as it was, she was appalled I wanted to be an engineer rather than what she considered a more typical 'female' career.

Probably graduated from the seminary and likely getting my Masters of Divinity, like my Grandma wanted me to. I copped out and got a Philosophy degree instead.

I used to be an atheist. I would imagine Id be in jail for murder by now. But through Christ, I know that there is much more to life than satisfying the desires of your sinful nature.

Well funny you should ask... I'd be a pagan of some sort - believe it or not.
