If it was a ticket from a trooper or sheriff, find you're local justice of the peace court, you can either call them or show up and give them your ID, they'll pull it up. If it was from a city cop, go to youre municipal court, some cities here in Texas have payment offices at the police substations, or inside grocery stores. You can call your police department and ask them where you go to pay your ticket. They usually have a seperate number for tickets and warrents. You don't need you're origional ticket, they just need your ID number, social, or DL number.

in jersey you can go to the dmv site put in your plate number and you will see any violations written to that plate, maybe texas has a similar system. generally tickets that have points you need to go to muni court and pay the ticket there.
