No!!!!!!!!!!! It is bad enough the countries that have them now. Think about this. IF durring world war 2 if Germany had the bomb they would have used it and so would Japan to get to their end means by all means. Let's get to the present day. Iraq, Afganistan you bet they would use it. What about IRAN? They would and will mark my words they have one main target Israel and don't get in their way. It's not a good thing and it is a very delicate thing. Something will be done and it will not be pretty. Total destruction of a country and their people. No it's not a good thing.

Really no one should have them, but we don't have to worry too much about them because of one beautiful little phrase, Mutual Assured Destruction. Any radical who dared to use one in combat would immediately be wiped off the planet in a mushroom cloud. It's ironic how in a way atom bombs can also bring peace, at least between nuclear super powers.

the answer is yes and no.the responsible countries can possess the nuclear weapons but rough states like Pakistan ,Iran,Saudi Arabia or no Islamic country should be allowed to have the nuclear weapon.it is the time when world community should think very seriously to disarm Pakistan from nuclear weapons,in return world should give guarantee to Pakistan against nuclear attack.world is facing biggest threat from the Islamic terrorists and it is most likely that these Islamic terrorists may have access to Pakistani nuclear arsenals in future and the first target will be India,Israel and eventually rest of the civilised world .

No, every country is not responsible enough to have the atom bomb. And they probably would blow themselves up, much like those who unfamiliar with firearms shoot themselves.

a certain country has a bomb capable of destroying the whole word 5x over.
you cant use that.
actually, you cant use any of them 'safely'...
... and every time one is used, there apparantly is a danger of igniting the atmosphere.
i say take them apart and make them into power stations

Unfortunately, nuclear proliferation will be our global doom. It's bad enough that the current nuclear powers keep us on the edge of the apacolypse, can you imagine all the rogue and rump states having nukes too....
