any day apart from the weekend, they will have continuous deliveries throughout the week, so theoretically the produce will always be fresh, the weekend will always be the busiest as more people will be home from work...

Ask the produce manager when the produce comes into the store. The produce should always be fresh in the store, unless it is a bad store. Fry's and Basha's are not good with produce.

Tuesday. Definately. I've heard that Tuesday is the most productive day of the week - if you want to buy something and it was made on a Tuesday, you're in luck. :]

probably the middle, food is picked fresh monday and arrives at the market by tuesday or wednesday

tuesday and wendsday . by tehn all the stock from the weekedn has bien all bought up in the new stuff brought in.
