What ur favorite Méxican food?

I´m From México So I Love: Tacos, Tostadas, Chile Con Carne, Tamles etc..

A good "chile verde" come a close second, but, for me, nothing tops an order of juicy, perfectly done "carnitas." This is hard to find where it is done well. I often order it and it comes much too dry, probably from overcooking. Many places trim way too much fat off of the meat, and that is a big mistake. Much of the meat's flavor comes from fat. Most people won't enjoy chewing on a big gob of fat, but enough must be left on to contribute to the flavor and texture.

Of course, it should be served with the freshest tortilla (flour, for me) a bowl of whole pinto beans, a freshly made pile of pico de gallo and a rich, chunky guacamole.

My grandkids love chicken quesadillas. They especially like the ones I make, topped with sour cream.

I have to stop, now. I'm hungry.

I can't handle spicy things like mole or even salsa. So what I do is get a chicken soft taco from Taco Bell and it hits the spot!

each element I make!!! i'm Chicana so I make Mexican nutrients all day long. My admired dish is calabacitas. i like to make that for my kinfolk. My 7 12 months previous can consume the finished element by skill of him self!!!

I would have to say tacos. But they must be smoothered in gobs and gobs of cheese! yummy!
