That is such a ridiculous myth.
We are told not to have any barriers between us while having sex; that is the REAL truth!

NO!!
That's one of the biggest misconceptions about Judaims.
This myth actually started when a few ignorant visitors to Meah Shearim (an Orthodox neighborhood in Jerusalem) saw what appeared to be sheets with a hole in them hanging to dry. What they actually saw were the men's tzitzim, an undergarment, kind of an open t-shirt with the hole for the head and some threads coming out of each corner, that's wore by orthodox Jews.

However, Judaism acknowledges that sex is pleasurable. When sex is done in the appropiate setting (with one's spouse, and according to the laws of family purity) is actually a mitzvah- a commandment. Sex is a holy event in marriage, not sinful as some people think. The idea of sex as sin is Christian, not Jewish.

I believe that was on a episode of "Upright Citizens Brigade" (anything you do through the hole in the sheet will be forgiven).

No. No one has sex that way. This is just another attempt at anti-Semitism.

All people of God are meant to enjoy sex for sex's sake (not just procreation, Everyday...) with their spouse. It is a way to bond and worship our Creator.

Any doctrine that teaches against sex is blasphemy, unless the couple decide, for a time, to abstain in order to concentrate on prayer.

No, this is an old but persistent myth. No truth to it whatsoever. (Don't you watch Curb Your Enthusiasm?) In fact, religious Jews think it is part of God's plan to enjoy sexual relations with their spouse.

I've never heard of that, and it doesn't really make sense unless the person had a really bizarre medical condition (and that wouldn't have anything to do with their religion!)

That would ruin a perfectly good sheet.
